A structured sourcing process, reviewed by people.
From your first requirement to a signed provider agreement, each step is explicit. Nothing is represented as available until a provider confirms it.
- 01
Define the requirement
You describe the workload, hardware, networking, location, timing, and commercial terms. For each major field you can say whether it is required, preferred, or flexible.
Required constraints rule an option out when they are not met. Preferences lower the fit but keep the option in view. Flexible values can move within the range you set. This keeps viable alternatives on the table when your first choice is not available.
- 02
Rta Labs sources capacity
We check options with direct providers and through channel relationships, and confirm current availability with each one. Infrastructure markets change quickly, so we treat any capacity we have not recently reconfirmed as unverified.
- 03
Rta Labs normalizes options
Headline price alone is not enough. We compare options on a common basis:
GPU SKUTopologyInterconnectLocationStorageTermDeployment dateSLATotal costEach option shows which of your required and preferred requirements it meets.
- 04
Rta Labs confirms the option
Rta Labs reconfirms capacity with the provider before a formal option is presented to you. Options state when availability was last confirmed, and prices are marked indicative until the provider issues a final quote.
- 05
Provider introduction
Provider identity is disclosed at the appropriate stage, once you choose to proceed and Rta Labs approves the introduction. Rta Labs then coordinates technical and commercial discussions.
- 06
Contract
At this stage the provider and buyer generally contract directly, unless another written arrangement says otherwise. The provider agreement governs the delivery and use of the infrastructure.
Rta Labs may receive referral, channel, or other commercial compensation from infrastructure providers.
Frequently asked questions
What is Rta Labs Compute?
Rta Labs Compute is the compute division of Rta Labs. It is a business-to-business AI infrastructure sourcing and brokerage service. It helps businesses source GPU compute, dedicated GPU clusters, inference infrastructure, and high-density AI colocation. Buyers submit structured requirements, and Rta Labs sources and compares options from infrastructure providers.
Does Rta Labs Compute own data centres or GPUs?
No. Rta Labs Compute sources capacity from third-party infrastructure providers. Rta Labs does not own or operate third-party infrastructure unless it expressly says so.
Where does Rta Labs Compute source infrastructure?
Rta Labs Compute is Canada-first and North America capable. It sources AI infrastructure across Canada, with additional North American options when a workload allows it. Buyers can require Canadian location, Canadian data residency, or a Canadian-controlled provider.
Is the GPU capacity shown by Rta Labs guaranteed or real-time?
No. Rta Labs does not publish live inventory. Capacity, pricing, and deployment dates are confirmed with providers before a formal option is presented, and prices stay indicative until the provider issues a final quote. No option is a reservation until the provider confirms it in writing.
How does Rta Labs handle required and preferred requirements?
Buyers mark major requirements as required, preferred, or flexible. A required constraint that is not met rules an option out. A missed preference lowers the fit but keeps the option in view. Flexible values can move within the range the buyer sets.
When does Rta Labs share the provider's identity?
Options are anonymized. Rta Labs shares the provider's identity once the buyer chooses to proceed and Rta Labs approves the introduction.
Who does the buyer sign a contract with?
The buyer and the provider generally contract directly, unless another written arrangement says otherwise. The provider agreement governs the delivery and use of the infrastructure.
How is Rta Labs Compute paid?
Rta Labs may receive referral, channel, or other commercial compensation from infrastructure providers. Any fee a buyer owes Rta Labs is disclosed and agreed in a separate written agreement.
Does Rta Labs verify data sovereignty?
Rta Labs does not label a provider sovereign based only on physical location. Residency, provider control, and program eligibility are verified per provider and per buyer requirement.
What information should buyers not submit?
Do not submit model weights, API keys, passwords, source code, private datasets, regulated personal data, or other secrets. Rta Labs only needs infrastructure requirements.
Can GPU providers and data centres work with Rta Labs Compute?
Yes. GPU clouds, data centres, infrastructure operators, and channel partners can send current or upcoming capacity and a commercial contact. No portal, account, or API integration is required to start.
