How we handle your information.

Rta Labs applies administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

What we do

  • All traffic uses TLS, and browsers are told to use HTTPS only.
  • Requests and messages sent through this site are delivered to Rta Labs by email. The website itself does not store them.
  • Public forms are rate limited and protected against automated submissions.
  • Provider identities, wholesale prices and commission terms are never shown in buyer views.
  • We do not load advertising pixels, session replay, or third-party analytics.
  • We do not use identifiable buyer or supplier transaction data to train AI models by default.

What we ask of you

Do not send model weights, API keys, passwords, source code, private datasets, regulated personal data, or other secrets. We only need infrastructure requirements.
