Rta Labs Compute is designed primarily for business users.

- budget or pricing targets and procurement stage
- colocation specifications
- support and SLA requirements
- request notes
Rta Labs Compute is not intended for model weights, source code, credentials, private datasets, payment-card data, health information, or other sensitive personal information unless Rta Labs expressly requests it under a separate process.

Communications
We collect information contained in emails, support requests, meeting notes, forms, and other communications with us.
Device and usage information
When you use the site, our hosting infrastructure records technical information such as:
- IP address
- browser and device information
- pages requested and access time
- referral source
- security and sign-in events
- cookie and consent preferences
Rta Labs Compute does not collect precise location or advertising identifiers, and does not build behavioural profiles. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or session replay.
3. How we use information
Rta Labs may use personal information to:
- create and administer accounts
- authenticate users
- respond to inquiries
- evaluate infrastructure requirements
- identify potential infrastructure providers
- source and compare infrastructure options
- register and protect commercial opportunities with providers
- obtain or verify availability and quotes
- coordinate provider introductions
- administer supplier and channel relationships
- communicate about active requests
- provide customer support
- secure the service
- prevent fraud and abuse
- maintain audit and compliance records
- improve forms, workflows, and the service
- create aggregated or de-identified market information
- comply with law and enforce agreements
- send marketing where permitted and where the required consent or other legal basis exists
4. Infrastructure matching and automated tools
Rta Labs may use software, analytics, or AI-assisted tools to organize requirements, identify possible infrastructure options, summarize information, or assist Rta Labs staff.
Currently:
- Rta Labs does not make a binding infrastructure purchase on your behalf solely through automated processing
- Rta Labs does not automatically reveal provider identities because a match score is high
- material provider introductions and commercial decisions are reviewed by a person
If Rta Labs later makes decisions based exclusively on automated processing of personal information that trigger legal obligations under applicable law, Rta Labs will update this Policy and provide the additional notices and review mechanisms required by law.
5. How we disclose information
Infrastructure providers and prospective counterparties
Rta Labs may share information reasonably necessary to:
- confirm whether a buyer is eligible for an opportunity
- register an account or opportunity
- verify capacity
- obtain a quote
- evaluate technical fit
- progress a provider introduction or transaction
Rta Labs limits disclosure to information reasonably needed for the sourcing process.
Service providers
Rta Labs uses service providers to operate Rta Labs Compute. Service providers may use information only to provide their services to Rta Labs. Our current service providers are:

Professional advisers
Rta Labs may disclose information to lawyers, accountants, auditors, insurers, financing sources, and other professional advisers where reasonably necessary.
Legal and safety purposes
Rta Labs may disclose information where reasonably believed necessary to:
- comply with law, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests
- protect rights, safety, property, and service integrity
- investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- enforce agreements
Business transactions
Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, insolvency, or similar corporate transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.
6. We do not sell personal information
Rta Labs does not sell personal information for monetary consideration, and does not use behavioural advertising or ad-tech sharing.
If Rta Labs later engages in activity treated as "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising under an applicable U.S. state privacy law, Rta Labs will update this Policy, implement required opt-out mechanisms, and honour applicable browser preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where legally required.
7. Market data and de-identified information
Rta Labs may create aggregated or de-identified information from infrastructure requests, supplier information, quotes, market observations, and transaction activity, such as median GPU pricing, regional capacity trends, time-to-availability, configuration trends, and anonymized demand volumes.
Rta Labs will not intentionally identify a specific buyer or provider in published market data unless authorized.
Rta Labs will not use identifiable confidential transaction information to train a general-purpose AI model by default.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
Rta Labs uses essential cookies only, for purposes such as sign-in, security, and remembering your cookie choice. Rta Labs Compute does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, or session replay. See the Cookie Notice for the current list. You may review your choices through Cookie Settings in the footer.
9. Marketing communications
Where applicable law requires consent, Rta Labs will seek the required consent before sending marketing communications.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message.
Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent Rta Labs from sending service, security, transaction, or legal communications that are necessary to administer your account or request.
10. Retention
Rta Labs retains personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including to provide the service, administer active and historical opportunities, maintain commercial and compliance records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet tax, accounting, legal, and regulatory requirements, and maintain records of consent and opt-out requests.
- Account data: while the account is active, then normally up to 24 months after closure unless a longer period is required for an active transaction, legal obligation, dispute, or legitimate record-keeping need.
- Abandoned buyer inquiries: normally up to 24 months after last meaningful activity, then deleted or de-identified unless needed for compliance or dispute records.
- Executed transaction, referral, commission, and contract records: according to applicable corporate, tax, accounting, and limitation-period requirements, normally about 7 years.
- Marketing consent and unsubscribe records: for as long as Rta Labs relies on them and for a reasonable compliance period afterward.
- Security logs: the shortest operationally useful period, normally 30 to 365 days depending on log type and risk.
11. Safeguards
Rta Labs uses safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information it handles, which may include encryption in transit, encryption at rest, access controls, least-privilege permissions, secure authentication, audit logging, network and application security controls, backups, vendor due diligence, and internal policies and training.
No security system is completely risk-free.
12. Cross-border processing
Rta Labs is Canada-first, but some service providers may process or store information in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. The service provider list above shows where each one operates.
Information processed outside your province or country may be subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and may be accessible to courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities where legally permitted.
Rta Labs uses contractual and organizational measures appropriate to the transfer.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which privacy law applies, you may have rights to:
- request access to personal information Rta Labs holds about you
- request correction of inaccurate information
- request deletion where applicable
- withdraw consent where processing depends on consent
- object to or opt out of certain processing where applicable
- request information about Rta Labs's collection, use, and disclosure practices
- complain to the applicable privacy regulator
Rta Labs may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
Submit requests to privacy@auralith.org. Rta Labs will respond in accordance with applicable law.
14. Canadian privacy framework
Depending on the circumstances, Rta Labs's Canadian activities may be subject to:
- the federal Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA)
- British Columbia's Personal Information Protection Act
- Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act
- Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector
PIPEDA can also apply to interprovincial and international commercial transfers of personal information.
Rta Labs applies privacy practices intended to meet the applicable Canadian private-sector requirements.
15. Quebec-specific transparency
Where Quebec law applies, Rta Labs will provide required information about the purposes of collection, the means by which information is collected, rights of access and rectification, withdrawal of consent, technologies used for identification, location, or profiling, automated decisions, the privacy officer, and applicable cross-border processing.
Rta Labs Compute does not use identification, location, or profiling technologies.
16. United States state privacy rights
Certain U.S. state privacy laws apply only when statutory thresholds or other criteria are met.
If Rta Labs becomes subject to an applicable state privacy law, eligible residents may have rights such as access, deletion, correction, portability, opting out of sale or sharing, opting out of targeted advertising, limiting certain sensitive-information uses, non-discrimination for exercising rights, and appeal where required.
17. California notice
If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to Rta Labs, California residents may have rights described by California law, including access, deletion, correction, and opt-out rights. Rta Labs does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.
18. Children
Rta Labs Compute is a business service and is not directed to children.
Rta Labs does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 through Rta Labs Compute.
19. Changes
Rta Labs may update this Privacy Policy. The current version will display its effective date.
Where applicable law requires additional notice or consent for a material change, Rta Labs will provide it.
